Shipping Policy
CARRIERS & DELIVERY TIMES:
All orders are shipped the most direct route via ground and at our discretion in regards to the carrier. Orders generally leave our warehouses within 1-3 business days or receipt of order payment. Always consult your sales team member for exact lead times as they may vary by product, destination and availability.
Our fulfillment facilities are located in Central Time Zone and as such, orders are processed within the standard business day time of 9am to 5pm CST. We make an attempt to get orders received prior to 10:00am PST out the same day as the order is received. If “One Day”, “Two Day” shipping is selected and paid for, the time period of “Shipping” is calculated from the time of the shipment being picked up from the shipping carrier. The Shipping Carrier is responsible for the claim of shipping times. The current shipping carrier used is UPS (United Parcel Service) and/or USPS (United States Postal Service).

DAMAGES:
Carriers must provide a clear receipt at time of pickup to verify packages were in order at time of pickup. For this reason, when damages occur in shipping, there can be a delay in processing claims via the carrier. Our team is always here to help with this process, but oftentimes it requires the collaboration with the customer and carrier.
If exterior packaging is received damaged, we suggest not signing for the delivery unless damage is noted on form. Customers should immediately notify carriers and customerservice@LuxuryBeautyProducts.com if packages are received damaged.
luxurybeautyproducts.com & Voluptuous Products, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays due to unexpected service delays by carriers. Delays such as severe weather, natural disasters and unscheduled events could result in delays and customers should stay abreast of such activity in their immediate and surrounding areas. We will always notify you of expected delays as we receive communications from carriers.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:

Luxury does not sell Hazardous Materials.
TEMPERATURES:

Temperature sensitive products can be affected by extreme heat or cold. Temperature sensitive products ordered at the end of a week may be held for shipping the following week to avoid weekend storage when heat or cold are a possible consideration.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RESTOCKING FEE:

No longer needed or unwanted items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns on defective or delivered in our error will not incur restocking fees.
RETURN SHIPPING:

We do not cover shipping expenses for items that are not defective or returned due to no longer needed or wanted.
